Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 8-10 weeks from the date of order, excluding weekends and holidays.  You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.  The shipping method may vary depending on your location.  Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery after the order has been processed.

Shipping Locations:

We ship our products worldwide.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. 

Import Duty:

All import duty is to be paid by the customer.

Shipping Address:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information.  Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Meantone Guitar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance using the provided tracking information.
