European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
No Return Policy with 30-Day Return for Damaged Products and Custom-Made Items
General Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns for products unless they are damaged upon arrival.
- All sales for custom-made items are final and non-refundable.
- Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt of product.
30-Day Return for Damaged Products:
- If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at meantoneguitar@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide detailed information about the damage and include clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
- We will assess the damage and, if confirmed, provide instructions on returning the damaged item.
Custom-Made Items:
- All custom-made items are created specifically for you and are non-refundable.
- Please double-check your order for accuracy before confirming your purchase.
- If there are issues with the product or if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe.
- Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the item.
- Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Refund or Replacement:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
